For years a small group of people advocated for a decentralized store of value, but they weren't taken seriously
It takes extreme and painful events to expose the shortcomings of our current systems
After the dust settles, I believe individuals and institutions will realize there is no neutral store of value other than a community-run system
You could find yourself on the wrong side of the politics by no fault of your own with massive losses in the value and access to your wealth
It is unfortunate a war is causing this realization but entire populations and governments will come out of this dispute with a new perception of control and value
