Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals for our AI R&D Fellowship Program. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in categorizing, annotating, reading, and parsing financial statements, presentations, and transcripts. Your work will be crucial in training and fine-tuning our AI models to handle the complexities of financial data. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, AI, and data science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Categorization: Organize and classify financial statements, presentations, and transcripts to create structured data sets for AI training.
- Annotation: Annotate financial documents and data points to guide AI learning and ensure accuracy in model outputs.
- Document Parsing: Assist in developing methods for the AI to efficiently read and interpret complex financial documents.
- AI Training: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to train and fine-tune machine learning models, ensuring they accurately reflect financial principles.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial statements, market data, and other relevant financial information to provide insights that will inform AI model training and development.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, economic trends, and emerging technologies in AI and finance.
- Model Development: Work alongside AI engineers to train and fine-tune machine learning models, ensuring that they are aligned with financial principles and deliver accurate results.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings, trends, and forecasts based on AI-driven insights.
- Quality Control: Help validate the AI model’s performance by ensuring that it meets the required standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning about the latest trends in finance, AI, and machine learning to contribute effectively to the project.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial markets, AI, and data science.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and market data.
- Familiarity with Excel, Python, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
