SEO Specialist (Freelance)

Responsibilities:

  • Response Time SLA: Respond to client inquiries or requests within 12 hours during business days.
  • Campaign Delivery SLA: Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within the agreed-upon budget, with at least 95% adherence to deadlines.
  • Comprehensive Engagement Plan: Develop and present a comprehensive engagement plan at the start of each project, including clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to the agreed-upon strategy.
  • Website Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain the website for SEO optimization.
  • Quality Assurance KPI: Maintain a client satisfaction rate of at least 90%, measured through Client Feedback Forms.
  • Performance Metrics KPI: Achieve an average Return on Investment (ROI) of 3x or higher across all managed marketing campaigns.
  • Communication KPI: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing weekly progress reports and updates on ongoing projects.
  • Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all marketing materials produced are 100% compliant with the client's brand guidelines.
  • Fixed Collaboration Hours: Establish and communicate fixed hours for team collaboration.
  • Campaign Optimization KPI: Continuously optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance, with a goal of achieving at least a 10% increase in conversion rates quarterly.
  • Feedback Response: Respond to client feedback or requested revisions within 24 hours and implement necessary changes promptly.
  • Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and security measures for client data, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to the client's internal team, enabling them to manage campaigns independently if desired.
  • Monthly SEO Reporting: Generate and deliver monthly SEO reports, covering website traffic, conversions, landing page performance, keyword rankings, site health, backlinks, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Daily SEO Monitoring: Perform daily monitoring of the website's SEO performance.
  • Plan for Improvement: Create and present a detailed improvement plan based on issues identified in monthly SEO reports within the specified timeframe.
  • Immediate Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve any SEO issues as they arise.
  • Weekly Page Indexing: Ensure the website's pages are indexed weekly to maintain visibility.
  • Quarterly Review Meetings: Conduct quarterly meetings to review SEO performance, discuss improvements, and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software for campaign optimization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
